General Ticket Policies
A flat fee between $3-$5 will be charged on all ticket orders, depending on the price of the ticket. If paying by credit card, an additional 3.4% transaction fee will be charged.
Refunds are granted only in the case of a performance date change or cancellation.
Tickets are exchangeable within the current season for a fee of $5 per ticket (for non-subscribers).
Tickets purchased within 10 days of the performance date cannot be mailed. They must be either emailed, picked up at Will Call, or picked up in person.
Tickets ordered from an address outside the United States can only be emailed or picked up at Will Call.
The Bach Festival Society accepts cash (in person), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and checks made payable to the Bach Festival Society.
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase, either online, by phone, or in person. Credits will not be given after a purchase has been made.

Subscribers may exchange tickets within the current season with no additional exchange fee.
Build Your Own Subscription discount codes are valid only when purchasing a package of 3-15 performances, tiers 1, 2, or 3. Build Your Own subscribers must use the relevant BYO discount code at the time of purchase. No credit will be given for discounts after the purchase has been made.
Performances in Steinmetz Hall are not included in Build Your Own Subscriptions.

Tickets may be returned for a tax-deductible donation leading up to and at the door of a performance, but not after the performance has passed.
There is no service charge for returning tickets as a donation.

A confirmation email for ticket donations will be sent automatically at the time of the donation that can be used for tax purposes. To receive a hard copy acknowledgment letter, please notify the Box Office no later than two business days prior to the performance.

Exchanges are made on a ticket-by-ticket basis for tickets of equal or lesser value. Ticket holders may pay the difference to make an exchange for higher value seats. Exchanges for lower-cost tickets will not include a refund for the difference; however, ticket holders will receive an email outlining the price difference that can be used for tax purposes. Patrons may also request a hard copy letter.

Rollins College students, faculty, and staff are eligible for one free ticket to all Bach Festival Society performances at Knowles Memorial Chapel or Tiedtke Concert Hall.
A 50% discount code will be provided for performances in Steinmetz Hall for Rollins students, faculty, and staff.
Friends and family of Rollins students, faculty, and staff are not eligible for Rollins discounts and must pay full ticket prices.
Tickets can be retrieved up to 30 minutes prior to each concert at the venue Box Office. Seats will be assigned based on availability.

Advance reservations are encouraged for class groups and groups that include non-Rollins patrons. Every effort will be made to secure adjacent seating.
